experts in validating regulated and non-regulated computer systems of any
scale. Our experts provide a high input in prospective and retrospective
validation following FDA, EU and EMEA regulations and guidelines. The full
scale service start from creating a Validation Master Plan, gathering User
Requirements, writing SDS, writing protocols (IQ, OQ,PQ), SOPs,
Traceability Matrix and Final Summary Report.

Test
Process Assessment/Improvement:
Intelli,
Inc. has gained considerable expertise in the area of test process
assessment and improvement. Our expertise in software test processes and
compliance with the Software Engineering Institute (SEI), Capability
Maturity Model (CMM), ISO 9000, and IEEE have culminated in the
development of a robust, proprietary assessment methodology. Our
methodology combines the strong engineering foundation of the standards
above with the added value of industry experience.
Our methodology is performed in three distinct
phases:
- Test Process Assessment: We review existing
software testing processes and their impact on risk and quality. We then
summarize our findings and present recommendations. This is just the
first step in process improvement.
- Test Process Development: In this stage, we take
the assessment, create a Test Process Action Plan (TPAP) to improve the
software testing process, and map that plan according to the resources
available.
- Test Process Implementation: We implement a TPAP on
an actual pilot project; this process includes capturing parametric data
and analyzing the results. The results are then fed back into the
development/test process, providing continuous process
improvement.

Technology Testing:
In a standard requirements testing, which most of the companies
are geared to do well, several technology aspect of applications are never
tested or covered. With this in mind, our engineers will focus more on
testing the technology components of application. While our clients QA
department focuses on requirements testing, we will focus on the
"under-the-hood" area of application architecture and technology. This
will cover from a width (requirements) and depth (technology) perspective.
Our engineers will extend the testing capabilities of in-house testing

test scenarios applicable to code. This would include standard programming

and run test scenarios to flush out database issues (data integrity, locks

will be identified and tests scenarios will be created to validate data

Advanced Technology Testing:
(Enterprise Java Applications) Extending our technology testing
capabilities to enterprise java applications: Our engineers are highly
trained in java application testing, specifically Enterprise Java
Applications. After carefully studying the architecture, we will identify
test scenarios and prepare testing and reporting tools to test the
enterprise application. These advanced testing will be done in conjunction
